SELECTING A CUSTOMER
Customers can be selected by Contract number, Name, Address, City, Telephone and Transmitter ID. It is also possible to search for records using wildcards.

REPORTING
Log Only allows reports to be generated to the screen, a printer or a fax. Available reports include signal and activity reports, alarm resolution reports and customer data reports. Log Only also allows you to select ranges such as time, date and customer number.

MULTIPROTOCOL SUPPORT
Log Only can handle a variety of transmission formats including Contact ID, SIA, 4+2 and various pulse and dtmf formats.

NOTES
Detailed notes such as temporary details and procedures can be attached to a customer's record.

CUSTOMER
LOG
The event log keeps a complete audit trail of all events. In the data entry and alarm handling screen the customer log can be viewed. The latest events appear first, the date and time appear at the beginning of the line, followed by the alarm number (if relevant), the event code and then the main detail, the type of action and the user associated with the event.
